Aside from FM radio, its broadcasts are also available through the Internet, via streaming. Its slogan is "Eliberadio" (a portmanteau of "eliberare", literally liberation, and "radio"). The station is known for its socially liberal viewpoint.

The Team Radio Guerrilla is more of a niche market, where people with compatible interests and views exchange information. Thus the broadcasting team includes experimented DJs like: Liviu Mihaiu, Mihai Dobrovolschi, Vlad Craioveanu, Marius Vintila, Electric Brother, Petru Stratulat, DJ Vasile, Irina Margareta Nistor, Iulian Tanase, Nic Cocarlea, Alex Vidia, Ciprian Dinu, Calin Gheorghe, Bogdan Serban, Mircea Oculeanu, Adrian Freqax Andrei. Razvan Exarhu, the first program director, was the one who chose the name of the radio and created the Guerrilla brand.
