Rana al-Ajili
Rana al-Ajili (Arabic: رانا العجیلی) (born 1979 – 16 November 2017) was an Iraqi journalist and member of Iraqi Journalists' Syndicate (IJS). She worked for paramilitary Hashd Shaabi brigade.[1][2]

She had five children.
Death
On 16 November 2017, she was killed in Iraq's western province of Anbar by Daesh.[3]
She was killed while covering the battles against the Islamic State (IS) militants near the border with Syria.[4][5]
