Rawalpindi Arts Council

It promotes the culture and heritage of the country, competitions are held in the council.[2] Waqar Ahmed is the director of the RAC.[1] Rawalpindi arts council is adjacent to Shehbaz Sharif sports complex Rawalpindi.
