The school has average annual fees of 85,600 AED ($23,138.29), making it the fifth most expensive school in Dubai.[5]

Jonathan Hughes D’Aeth was the school's first headmaster, serving from 2009 to 2017; he was succeeded by David Cook.[6]

The school is divided into junior and senior campuses and has a boarding facility with 70 boarders (as at 2010).[1]

The school has a large circle of grass at the centre of the campus, with trees around its circumference and a pathway outside the trees which connects the various wings of the school buildings.

Houses in Repton School are not separate accommodation units, but are like teams. Students join a house in Year 3. There are different activities such as inter-house football, a tournament of all the houses and whatever house wins receives an award such as a trophy. Most houses have ties with stripes in black and a colour, where the colour is colour associated with the house: for example, the Foremarke house colour is red; their ties are black with red diagonal stripes.
