Rohit Khurana

Rohit Khurana is an Indian television actor, who is known for portraying Vansh Singh Bundela/Rocky in Uttaran and Shani on Karmaphal Daata Shani, both of which aired on Colors TV.

Career

Rohit Khurana started his career as a model in Delhi. He appeared in the TV serial Choti Maa: Ek Anokha bandhan in 2001, in a small role.[1] After that he made his television career with the role of Vansh in Uttaran on Colors TV.[2] He went on to appear in shows like Miley Jab Hum Tum and Maayke Se Bandhi Dor.[4][5]

In 2011, he started his film career with the role of Sunder in the Hindi film Men Will Be Men.[6] The next year, he appeared in the 2012 Tamil film Billa II as Satish Kumar. He played a lead role in Telugu film Sangamam as Abhiram and appeared in the Punjabi film Dil Tainu Karda Ae Pyar as a cop.[7] He also appeared in 2013 Punjabi film Singh vs Kaur.[8]

In 2013, he got the lead role of Madhav in Sony TV's show Dil Ki Nazar Se Khoobsurat,[9][10] where he played the role of an ugly man. In November 2013, he was roped in for a negative role of Shaurya Singhania in Sasural Simar Ka.[11]

He played the role of Lord Shani in Shani.[12] As of February 2019, he joined Colors TV's horror show Tantra as Daksh Mehra.[13]

Personal life

Rohit is married to his school friend Neha and the couple have a son and a daughter.[14][15]
