Ross Grange Penlington

Ross Grange Penlington (Chinese: 彭亮廷/彭林頓; 1931 - 2001) is a former Supreme Court Judge in Hong Kong.[1][2] He was also the Commanding Officer of the Royal Hong Kong Auxiliary Air Force.
