Sadasivpet is a town in sangareddy district of the Indian state of Telangana.[2]

Geography
Sadasivpet is located at 17.6167°N 77.9500°E.[3] It has an average elevation of 534 meters (1755 feet). From Sadasivpet to Hyderabad 65 km, Vikarabad 36 km, Sadasivpet Road Railway Station 18 km, Bidar 69 km, Zahirabad 36 km, Gulbarga 154 km, SangaReddy 20 km.
Demographics
As of 2001 India census,[4] Sadasivpet had a population of 35,475. Males constitute 51% of the population and females 49%. Sadasivpet has an average literacy rate of 63%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 71%, and female literacy is 54%. In Sadasivpet, 15% of the population is under 6 years of age. As of 2011 census, Sadasivpet population is 80000.

Sadasivpet Municipality was constituted in 1947 and is classified as a third grade municipality with 26 election wards. The jurisdiction of the civic body is spread over an area of 21.70 km2 (8.38 sq mi).[1]
Politics
Sadasivpet is part of Sangareddy and is in turn a part of Medak (Lok Sabha constituency) of Telangana Legislative Assembly. T.JAYAPRAKASH REDDY of Congress Party is the current MLA representing of Sangareddy Assembly Constituency.

MRF (company) a tyre manufacture plant is located in outskirts of Sadasivpet Near Ankenpally village.And also Gaythri bio chemical industry at Nandi kandi,Manjeeth Laxmi kantha cotton factory's,Pennar steel factory located at chandapur village.
Transport
Road
Sadashivpet lies on the Pune - Solapur - Hyderabad National Highway(NH65). It is well served by Telangana State Transport busses as well busses from the neighbouring state’s (Maharashtra and Karnataka) transport busses. A number of private operators also run busses,goods carrier to Pune, Solapur, Hyderabad and Mumbai.

The nearest railway stations are sadasivapet road railway station which is near by 16 km from sadasivpet town vikarbad junction railway station which is about 34km away,zaheerabad railway station which is about 36km,Hyderabad Railway Station(Nampally Railway Station)which is around 73km away and Secunderabad Railway Station which is about 83km away.
A railway station is now built at Sadashivpet. It lies on the South-Central Railways Latur - Bidar - Vikarabad - Secunderabad line, about 15 km from Zaheerabad.
