Sadie Sparks
Sadie Sparks is an Irish-French animated television series that premiered on Disney Channel in the UK and Ireland on 20 April 2019.[5] The series was created by Bronagh O'Hanlon and is a co-production between Brown Bag Films in Ireland and Cyber Group Studios in France.[2][3]

Plot
Sadie Sparks revolves around the adventures of Sadie, a teenage girl who discovers she has magical abilities and becomes a magician-in-training. She receives the guidance of a magical bunny, Gilbert, who was sent to the human world from the Magical Realm to train Sadie and keep her powers under control,[2] but with this new responsibility Sadie must also balance high school life.[3]

- Lulu (voiced by Dominique Moore) is one of Sadie's friends.
- Blaine (voiced by Tyger Drew-Honey) is Sadie's magician rival.
- Cornelius (voiced by Craig Revel-Horwood) is Blaine's scorny mentor.

- Selina (voiced Laura Aikman) is the mother of Sadie and Max and the local journalist of Harmony.

- Sam (voiced by Sammy Moore) is Sadie's love interest.
- Val (voiced by Laura Aikman) is Sadie's rival in the institute.
Production
Sadie Sparks is co-produced by Brown Bag Films in Dublin and Cyber Group Studios in Paris. The series combines two animation styles; the human world is in 3D, while the Magical Realm is in 2D. The series is directed towards kids aged 6 to 11-years-old.

Sadie Sparks premiered on Disney Channel in the UK and Ireland on 20 April 2019, however the first two episodes were released earlier on YouTube on 9 April.[5] In France, the series premiered on Disney Channel on May 26.[6] In Australia, the series airs on ABC Me. In Canada, the show premiered on Family Channel on January 6, 2020. In South Africa the show premiered on 3 August. In Spain, the series premiered on January 13, 2020 on the Disney Channel.[7] In Turkey, the series premiered on November 2. The series also aired on Pop (UK and Ireland) from the 27th of July 2020. In Latin America, The series airs on Discovery Kids.
