Saint Brendan the Navigator Church

Saint Brendan the Navigator Church is a church in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Columbus, Ohio. The parish is located in Hilliard, Ohio. Its patron is Saint Brendan of Clonfert, known as "The Navigator" for his legendary voyages. The church operates a K-8 Catholic school located on the same site.

The current church building, originally dedicated in 1981, was built with a striking asymmetrical design with many unique elements. Notably, the church tabernacle is an 8-foot-tall (2.4 m) smooth granite column designed after the Monolith of 2001: A Space Odyssey.

The church also has a school, (St.Brendan), with roughly 500 students as of 2021.

The church and K-8 school were both expanded in 1996. Then in 2020, both buildings were combined into one large building with a major expansion project called “The One Campaign”. This campaign combined the school and church, as well as added additional office spaces and meeting rooms. An Adoration chapel was added to the front of the church.
