Savalan Rural District
Savalan Rural District (Persian: دهستان ساوالان) is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Parsabad County, Ardabil Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 17,320, in 3,554 families.[1] The rural district has 20 villages.
