Strzelniki, Opole Voivodeship

Strzelniki [stʂɛlˈniki] (German: Jägerndorf) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Lewin Brzeski, within Brzeg County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.[1] It lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) north-west of Lewin Brzeski, 8 km (5 mi) south-east of Brzeg, and 32 km (20 mi) north-west of the regional capital Opole.

The village is home to St. Anthony of Padua Church, exhibiting Medieval polychromes on the entire interior of the church.[2]

Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (see Territorial changes of Poland after World War II).
