Career

Morrison, who attended Inverkeithing High School, started with Dunfermline Athletic youth teams at the age of 8,[1] before spending a period of time with Fife Elite Football Academy. Morrison re-signed with Dunfermline in May 2016.[2] His first introduction to senior football came with Scottish League Two club Edinburgh City, where he spent the 2017–18 season on loan,[3] making 23 appearances in total for the club.

He spent the majority of the 2018–19 season playing with Dunfermline's reserve team, but was on the bench for the first-team in a number of matches.[4] Morrison eventually made his first-team debut on 14 August 2018 in a Scottish Challenge Cup match against his boy-hood heroes Inverness Caledonian Thistle, where he played the full 90 minutes in a 2–1 victory in Inverness,[1] He made his league debut in the same fixture on the final day of the 2018–19 season.[1] and signed a new one-year deal with the club in May 2019. In February 2020, Morrison joined Queens Park on a short-term loan deal.[5] In June 2020, after the season had ended Morrison was released by Dunfermline at the end of his contract.[6]

Following his release, Morrison signed a permanent deal with Queen's Park on 11 August 2020.[7]
