Sylvie Swinkels

Sylvie Swinkels (born 31 July 2000) is a Dutch professional racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's Continental Team Parkhotel Valkenburg.[3] She is the younger sister of cyclist Karlijn Swinkels.
