Tempo Storm

Owner

Andrey "Reynad" Yanyuk (born January 27, 1992) is the owner and founder of Tempo Storm. Yanyuk has placed top 4 in Dreamhack and won multiple online tournaments such as Battle of the Best. When he is not competing, he is often seen streaming on Twitch and working on Tempo Storm.[5]

Age of Empires

There are currently 2 players focusing on AoE2 in Tempo Storm, Hamzah El-Baher, better known as Hera, and Kai Kallinger, better known as Liereyy. [6]

Hera’s biggest achievements in 2020 include winning Battle of Africa 2, and placing 2nd in Hidden Cup 3, Nili’s Apartment Cup 3, and most recently Redbull Wololo 2. Hera continues to compete at the highest level of Age of Empires II while also being one of the game’s most popular content creators on Twitch and YouTube.

This is what Hera had to say about joining Tempo:

I’m super excited to join Tempo and finally be a part of a professional organization. What I had in mind going forward for both content creation and tournament play lined up really well with what Tempo has to offer and it really couldn’t have been a better match. I hope to grow myself through the team, represent the sponsors well, and meet some new faces in the community!I really enjoy what I do and would love to share it with everyone interested. Age of Empires II may be an old game, but it's more alive than ever before, and more people ought to give this amazing RTS a try![7]

This is what Tempo Storm Senior Partnerships Manager Ryan Turner had to say about the newest addition to the organization:

Tempo's entry into such an iconic game like Age of Empires further demonstrates our hyper-focus on building, enabling, and reinforcing communities. Very few titles can boast the longevity this game has, and it's entirely due to its passionate fanbase. To have a stand-out personality like Hera, one of the best players in the world, align so well with our values and represent Tempo is an opportunity we could not pass up.Tempo has many more great things planned to empower both the Age of Empires and Hera's communities, and we are incredibly excited to work alongside Hera to make it all happen.[7]

Hearthstone

Tempo Storm's Hearthstone roster consists of Andrey "Reynad" Yanyuk, Dan "Frodan" Chou, Petar "Gaara" Stevanovic, Johnnie "Ratsmah" Lee, David "Justsaiyan" Shan, and Haiyun "Eloise" Tang.[5]

Hyerim "MagicAmy" Lee left Tempo Storm February 17, 2015 following accusations of being a fake identity and account boosting and win trading.[8][9]

On May 5, 2015, Tempo Storm added Johnnie "Ratsmah" Lee, a Hearthstone arena specialist to the roster.[10]

On June 9, 2015, David "Justsaiyan" Shan and Haiyun "Eloise" Tang joined Tempo Storm [11][12]

On October 14, 2016, Victor "VLPS" Lopez joined the team.[13]

Trump was signed by Tempo Storm in 2017 after leaving Team Solo Mid due to disagreements.[14] Trump left Tempo Storm in 2018 on good terms.[15]
