Thungathurthy
Thungathurthy is a village in Suryapet district of the Indian state of Telangana. It is located in Thungathurthy mandal of Suryapet Revenue Division.It is about 42km from the district headquarters Suryapet. Mandadi Family were the Deshmukhs back then who worked tirelessly to develop the place. Mandadi Laxma Reddy(father of Mandadi Prabakar Reddy,Mandadi Sudakar Reddy)Mandadi Ranga Reddy (Father of Mandadi Jagadishwar Reddy, Mandadi Mohan Reddy, uncle to Mandadi Prabakar Reddy) Popular Telugu actor Prabhakar Reddy was born here. Famous Advocate of Telangana Mandadi Sudakar Reddy. Humanitarian Mandadi Jagadishwar Reddy. Mandadi Mohan Reddy (Deputy Director of Health),were also born here.
