The name Helen has been used in the Philippines by PAGASA also in the Western Pacific Ocean.

• Typhoon Kai-tak (2012) (T1213, 14W, Helen) – made landfall in the Philippines and China.

• Tropical Storm Higos (2020) (T2007, 08W, Helen) - a mid-August storm that affected the Philippines and China.

The name Helen was used by the India Meteorological Department in the Bay of Bengal.

• Cyclone Helen (2013) – A tropical storm that affected the Indian states of Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu

In the Southern Hempishere, Helen has been used for two cyclones in the Australian Region.
