Sneek Wit Zwart was founded on 26 November 1910.
In 2012, it reached the third round of the 2012–13 KNVB Cup, in which it lost 1–4 to AZ Alkmaar.[2]
Sherida Spitse
Sherida Spitse is the most capped player for the Netherlands women's national football team. She started playing football at Sneek and made her first international appearances while still playing there.
