Victoria de Marichalar y Borbón

Doña Victoria Federica de Todos los Santos de Marichalar y Borbón (born 9 September 2000) is the younger child and only daughter of the Spanish Infanta Elena, Duchess of Lugo, and Don Jaime de Marichalar. She is fifth in the line of succession to the Spanish Throne, after her brother Felipe.

Biography

Victoria was born 9 December 2000 at 13:00 in Ruber International Hospital in Madrid , Her godparents were King Felipe VI of Spain (maternal uncle), and Ana de Marichalar y Sáenz de Tejada (paternal aunt).[1] She was named after her great-great-grandmother, Queen Victoria Eugenie of Spain; her great-grandmother, Queen Frederika of Greece; and Todos los Santos (All Saints) as it is customary among the Bourbons.

Since birth, she carries the style Her Excellency. All the children of Infanta Cristina and Infanta Elena have the "H.E. Don/Doña" style, as befits the children of an Infanta of Spain.[2] Although they do not have a title, all grandchildren of King Juan Carlos are members of the Spanish Royal House.

She made her first Holy Communion at the Dominicos Church (Alcobendas, Spain) on 27 May 2009.[3]
