Viktor Savin
Viktor Savin (Komi: Виттор Нёбдiнса, Vittor Nyobdinsa; Russian: Виктор Алексеевич Савин; 21 November 1888 – 11 August 1943) was a Komi poet.
He is known as the author of the lyrics and music of the State Anthem of the Komi Republic of Russia.
