Waiphot Phetsuphan
Phan Sakunni (Thai: พาน สกุลณี), best known by the stage name Waiphot Phetsuphan (Thai: ไวพจน์ เพชรสุพรรณ), is a luk thung singer and National Artist of Thailand[1] in 1997.

He was born on March 7, 1942, in Suphan Buri Province. He is of Laotian descent. He became a singer in 1962.[2]
