Wedding Palace (Chernihiv)
Wedding Palace (Civil State Registration Department) not far from the square of Bogdan Khmelnitsky.[1][2]It has been completed in 1988 as a Modernist, Soviet architecture, former USSR by the architect, Vyacheslav Pavlyukov.[3]It is located in vulytsya Pushkina, nearby Krasna Square.

There 3 floors, on the 1st there offices of various services, 2 small rooms and a lecture hall. On the 2nd floor there are 2 preparation rooms for young people and witnesses, as well as office rooms and on the third floor there are 2 halls for ceremonies in blue and pink (there is a superstition that the color of the hall affects the gender of the first child, and there should be many children).[4]
