Xavier Quevedo

Xavier Antonio Quevedo Chinchilla (born 21 January 1991) is a Venezuelan racing cyclist.[1] He rode at the 2014 UCI Road World Championships.

In this Spanish name, the first or paternal surname is Quevedo and the second or maternal family name is Chinchilla.
