Zhang Yingtai

Zhang Yingtai (Chinese: 張瀛太; pinyin: Zhāng Yíngtài; born 1965) is a Taiwanese writer[1] and Professor of the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Taipei.[2] Chang received a doctorate in Chinese literature from National Taiwan University.[3]

In this Chinese name, the family name is Zhang.

Her most famous works are "Hunting the Oroqen" (鄂倫春之獵), a short story about a researcher of Oroqen culture, and the short story collection Tibetan Lover (西藏愛人) (also called Romance in Tibet) and "The Bear Whispers to Me".[4]

In 2015, she received the Lennox Robinson Literary Award.[5]
