1933 New Mexico Lobos football team

The 1933 New Mexico Lobos football team represented the University of New Mexico in the Border Conference during the 1933 college football season. In their third and final season under head coach Chuck Riley, the Lobos compiled a 3–4–1 record (2–2 against Border opponents), finished fourth in the conference, and were outscored by a total of 108 to 92.[2][3] Jack Walton was the team captain.[3]

In January 1934, the university's board of regents announced that Riley's contract as head football coach would not be renewed.[4]
