This is a list of the squads picked for the men's 2010 ICC World Twenty20. This was the third edition of ICC World Twenty20 tournament and was held in the West Indies from 30 April to 16 May 2010.

Pakistan
Pakistan announced their 15-man squad on 12 March 2010, but no captain was announced.[9] On 23 March 2010, the Pakistan Cricket Board appointed Shahid Afridi as the captain.[10] Umar Gul and Yasir Arafat were included in the original squad but were replaced by Mohammad Sami and Abdur Rehman due to injury.[11]
