  3. Universitario failed to make a payment due to Agremiación (union representing professional footballers) and were unable to dispute the match against FBC Melgar. Melgar was awarded a 3–0 victory
  4. Following the end of the match, Alianza Atlético disputed the match result after Universitario failed to submit records to the ADFP of their players' monthly salaries prior to the match.
