2016 Eastern Illinois Panthers football team

The 2016 Eastern Illinois Panthers football team represented Eastern Illinois University in the 2016 NCAA Division I FCS football season. They were led by third-year head coach Kim Dameron and played their home games at O'Brien Stadium. They were members of the Ohio Valley Conference (OVC). They finished the season 6–5, 4–4 in OVC play to finish in a tie for fifth place.
