2017 Sacramento State Hornets football team

The 2017 Sacramento State Hornets football team represented California State University, Sacramento in the 2017 NCAA Division I FCS football season. They were led by fourth-year head coach Jody Sears and played their home games at Hornet Stadium. They were a member of the Big Sky Conference.[1] They finished the season 7–4, 6–2 in Big Sky play to finish in a three-way tie for third place.
