2021 Copa América Group A
Group A of the 2021 Copa América, also referred to as the South Zone, will take place from 11 to 27 June 2021 in Argentina.[1] The group consists of hosts Argentina, guests Australia, Bolivia, record winners Uruguay, Chile and Paraguay.[2]
Originally, the Group A was scheduled to be played from 12 to 30 June 2020.[3] However, on 17 March 2020 the tournament was postponed until 2021 due to the pandemic in South America of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).[4]

In the quarter-finals:
- The winners of Group A will advance to play the fourth-placed team of Group B.
- The runners-up of Group A will advance to play the third-placed team of Group B.
- The third-placed team of Group A will advance to play the runners-up of Group B.
- The fourth-placed team of Group A will advance to play the winners of Group B.
Matches
The full original schedule and kick-off times were announced on 3 December 2019 and 4 March 2020 respectively.[3][5] The new 2021 schedule was announced on 13 August 2020.[1][6]
The most significant modification in the new schedule of group A was the venue change of the match between Chile and Paraguay, moved from Córdoba to Santiago del Estero. In consecuense, the Estadio Único will host two matches.[7]
