Adio (song)

"Adio" is a song by Montenegrin singer Knez. It was internally selected to represent Montenegro in the Eurovision Song Contest 2015 in Austria. It is Montenegro's most successful entry to date, placing 13th in the final of 27 participants.[1]

At Eurovision

At the eurovision song contest 2015 the song was drawn to perform in the first half of semi final 2 and in position 4, following the entry from San Marino and preceding the entry from Malta. Unlike the two that performed either side of it, "Adio" and Montenegro qualified for the final. It was later revealed that the song ninth in the semi final with a total of 57 points.

In the final, the song was placed to perform 16th, following the entry from Greece and preceding the entry from Germany. It performed decently in the final coming in 13th place with 44 points, Montenegro's best result to this date.
