Angell Street

Angell Street is a major one-way thoroughfare in Providence, Rhode Island.[1] It was named for Thomas Angell, an early settler in Providence.

Neighborhood information

It is located in the College Hill neighborhood on the East Side of Providence. Central Congregational Church is located at 296 Angell Street.

Famous inhabitants

H. P. Lovecraft was born and lived here in his early years.
