Baakiyalakshmi is an Indian Tamil-language television soap opera airing on Star Vijay. It stars KS Suchitra.[1] It was premiered on 27 July 2020.[2] This show is an official remake of Bengali Serial Sreemoyee which airs on Star Jalsha.[3] It is also available on Disney+Hotstar.[4]

Plot

Baakiyalakshmi, a married housemaker in an urban set-up who lives with her entire family-in-laws, three grown children. To the world, her family seems nothing short of a dream. However,she soon started to realize that her world is shallow and lonely and amidst the quest of caring for their every need, she never took the time to carve her own identity and harness her talent.
