Badarpur Vidhan Sabha constituency is one of the 70 Delhi assembly constituencies of the Delhi in northern India. Badarpur is one of the Famous areas of Delhi includes Jaitpur, Meethapur, Molarband & Hari nagar Ex-1,2 & 3.

[MAIN POINT OF THE CONSTITUENCY ]

The Toll Plaza of Mathura Highway and D-F Skyway between Badarpur area of Delhi and Faridabad is Known as Badarpur border from Both Sides. DTC Bus terminal has also renamed their bus terminal as Badarpur border because the terminal is in 900 m from Toll Plaza so Badarpur Delhi + Border Toll Plaza is Known as ( Badarpur border) and Badarpur metro station is also renamed as Badarpur border because of same resion.

Overview

Present geographical structure of Badarpur constituency came into existence in 2008 as a part of the implementation of the recommendations of the Delimitation Commission of India constituted in 2002.[1]

Badarpur is part of South Delhi Lok Sabha constituency along with nine other Vidhan Sabha segments, namely, Bijwasan, Sangam Vihar, Ambedkar Nagar, Chhatarpur, Deoli, Kalkaji, Tughlakabad, Palam and Mehrauli.
