Being a professional wrestling championship, it is not won via direct competition; it is instead won via a predetermined ending to a match. There have been twenty-two reigns by fifteen wrestlers. Tyler Vertias was the first champion, who won it by defeating Adam Cole in a tournament final. The current champion is KC Navarro after defeating AR Fox for the title. AR Fox, Joe Gacy and Joey Janela all have the most title reigns with three.
