Cedar Vale is a rural locality in the City of Logan, Queensland, Australia.[2] In the 2016 census Cedar Vale had a population of 2,792 people.[1]

History

Formerly in the Shire of Beaudesert, Cedar Vale became part of Logan City following the local government amalgamations in March 2008.

Cedar Vale State School opened on 12 April 1926 and closed on 15 December 1978.[3]

In the 2011 census, Cedar Vale had a population of 2,971.[4]

In the 2016 census Cedar Vale had a population of 2,792 people.[1]
