Christophe Hansen

Christophe Hansen (born 21 February 1982) is a Luxembourgian politician who has been serving as a Member of the European Parliament since 2018, first succeeding Viviane Reding and having been re-elected in 2019.[3]

Political career

In parliament, Hansen has since been serving on the Committee on International Trade. In 2020, he also joined the Subcommittee on Tax Matters.[4]

In addition to his committee assignments, Hansen is part of the Parliament's delegation for relations with the countries of the Andean Community and to the Euro-Latin American Parliamentary Assembly (EuroLat). He is also a member of the MEPs Against Cancer group.[5]
