Conwy County Borough Council (Welsh: Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy) is the governing body for Conwy County Borough, one of the unitary authority areas of Wales.

Political makeup
Elections take place every four to five years. The last election was 4 May 2017,[3] and until 3 June 2019, was governed by a Plaid Annibynnol-led Coalition with Conservatives and Independents, relying on Liberal Democrat support. Cllr Samuel Rowlands was elected the new Leader of Conwy on 3 June 2019 after the previous Leader was removed for sacking Cllr Rowlands earlier that month. Rowlands announced a new Coalition led by the Conservatives including Conwy First Independent Group and the Independents on 6 June 2019.
