Dammalapadu

Dammalapadu is a village in Guntur district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is located in Muppalla mandal of Guntur revenue division.[2]

Geography

Varagani is situated to the northwest of the mandal headquarters, Medikonduru,[4] at 16.3567874°N 80.0632713°E / 16.3567874; 80.0632713. It is spread over an area of 2,061 ha (5,090 acres).[2]

Governance

Dammalapadu gram panchayat is the local self-government of the village.[1] It is divided into wards and each ward is represented by a ward member.[5]

Education

As per the school information report for the academic year 2018–19, the village has 6 schools. These are 4 MPP and 2 private schools.[6]
