History

KMN Dobovec was founded on 24 April 1978 in Dobovec pri Rogatcu, a small village in the southeastern Slovenia. The club has played in the amateur regional leagues until 1995. In the 2000–01 season, the club gained a promotion to the country's top division league, the Slovenian Futsal League. In the 2014–15 season, Dobovec won their first national title after defeating KMN Kobarid in the finals.[1]
