Isocitrate—homoisocitrate dehydrogenase
Isocitrate—homoisocitrate dehydrogenase is an enzyme that catalyzes the following two reactions:
- isocitrate + NAD+ 2-oxoglutarate + CO2 + NADH
- homoisocitrate + NAD+ 2-oxoadipate + CO2 + NADH + H+
