Jane Smit
Jane Smit (born 24 December 1972, Ilkeston, Derbyshire, England) is a former cricketer who represented England in all three formats of the game, playing 21 Tests, 109 One Day Internationals and 4 Twenty20 Internationals. She was part of the team which regained the Ashes in 2005. Her brother David represented Derbyshire Cricket Board in List A cricket.

In the 2000 Women's Cricket World Cup she along with Claire Taylor set the record for the highest 5th-wicket stand in the history of the Women's Cricket World Cup (188*).[1]
Smit holds the record for registering the most dismissals as wicketkeeper in Women's Cricket World Cup history (40).[2]
