Jonathan Wheatley (Formula One)
Jonathan Wheatley is a British Formula One mechanic and team manager. He is currently the sporting director at the Red Bull Racing Formula One team.[1]

Biography
Wheatley began his motorsport career at Benetton as a junior mechanic in the early 1990s. He rose through the ranks at Enstone to become the Chief Mechanic in 2001 until 2006 when he left to seek a new challenge at Red Bull Racing.[2]
Wheatley is instrumental to the success of Red Bull, with his role in the team consisting of ensuring that the team is operating within the FIA sporting regulations, monitoring communications within the team at events and is the man responsible for the pit crew which is widely regarded to be the best in Formula One.[3][4]
