Jorge Daniel Hernández

Jorge Daniel Hernández Govea (born June 10, 1989) is a Mexican professional football midfielder who currently plays for Liga MX club Pachuca. He is nicknamed "El Burrito" which means little donkey.

Club career

Hernandez made his professional debut on October 4, 2008, coming from the youth ranks of Chiapas F.C.. In 2010 Jorge Hernandez scored a long range shot banger against Chivas de Guadalajara to open the score 1–0 in there eventual 4–0 victory. On June 25, 2012, Hernandez was presented as a C.F. Pachuca player after being transferred from Chiapas F.C.. Hernandez won with Pachuca C.F. the Clausura 2016 tournament after winning on aggregated score 2–1.

Hernandez was called up to the U-22 Mexico national team for the friendly games prior to Copa América 2011, but was not selected for the final squad of the tournament.
