Kalakund railway station

Kalakund railway station is a small railway station in Indore district, Madhya Pradesh. Its code is KKD. It serves Kalakund village. The station consists of a single platform, not well sheltered. It lacks many facilities including water and sanitation.[1] Recently gauge conversion started on this line. After conversion it will connect Indore to South India.[2] Recently this railway station was depicted in the R. Balki film Pad Man starring Akshay Kumar.
