Kalyani Mahavidyalaya

Kalyani Mahavidyalaya, popularly known as Kalyani College established in 1999,[1] is a general degree college in Kalyani, in Nadia district, West Bengal, India. It offers undergraduate courses in arts, commerce and sciences. It is affiliated to the University of Kalyani.[2]

History

The college established and started its journey on 18 July 1999. The Institution was initially eligible to run only four Hons. courses and 2 pass courses, but from the year of 2000-2001 the University of Kalyani allowed the college to 18 courses. Dr. Amiya Kumar Mudi was its first Principal.
