Musa khan colonized a village by the name of Kamil pur Musa about 1000 years ago, Musa Khan , Kamil Khan and Basharat khan were three brothers , They come from the Khorasan (Afghanistan) in the butailan of king Mehmood Khaznavi. These brothers belong to pathan tribe Matani (Mahmand مہمند). The descendants of Musa Khan are Nominated as Musa Khel (some are Naik and others) and the descendants of Kamil Khan[2] سدوزئی کے بارے میں جاننے کے لیے 1 پر کلک کریں are known as Kamil Khel (korre کوڑھی), the descendants of Basharat khan nominated [3] نون کے بارے میں جاننے کے لیے 2 پر کلک کریں ۔نون حقیقت میں پٹھان قبیلہ نہیں ہےas Basharat Khel (Nohly) Narrative Famous in the village. and also Some other tribe People are, Momin puri, Akhon Khel, and some others present here . Some people call themselves Saduzai but in reality, they are the descendants of Kamil Khan ۔ The people here are very hospitable ۔ Basic health and education facilities are available here۔ Most of the people are living abroad for business, England, Hong Kong, USA, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, etc. Agriculture is comman Profession almost all people.Pashto and Hindko are languages, Some information about Kamalpur Musa has been taken from Saeed Khan Musa Khel, a resident here
