Kangan County

Kangan County (Persian: شهرستان کنگان) is a county in Bushehr Province in Iran. The capital of the county is Bandar Kangan. At the 2006 census, the county's population (including those portions later split off to form Asaluyeh County) was 95,113, in 15,220 families; excluding those portions, the population (as of 2006) as 40,793, in 8,663 families.[1] The county has one district (Bakhsh): the Central District. The county has three cities: Bandar Kangan, Bandar Siraf and Bank.
