La Cantera Formation

The La Cantera Formation is a Late Aptian,[1] geologic formation in Argentina.[2] Fossil theropod tracks have been reported from the formation.[3] The formation, deposited under lacustrine conditions, also has provided fossil plants, insects, fish and gastropods.[4][5]
