• 'Little Singham': He is the main character in the show and the protector of Mirchi Nagar and wears a khaki police uniform and black sunglasses. He saves the people from various threats in Mirchi Nagar & uses Panja Attack. When anyone shouts 'LITTLE SINGHAM!' (even a man falling from a hill) he becomes present there and saves him. The dashing moment of his entry as the hero is one of the most amazing facts of this show. His catchphrases are "Aata Majhi Satakli!", the same catchphrase that the original Singham said in the 2 Singham movies ("Singham" and "Singham Returns") and he also says "Police ki vardi sher ka dum, naam hai mera - "Little singham" all public specially Lattu saying "India Ka Youngest Super Cop Little Singham". In the end of every episode, he says many "Sher ki shayari" of how he had saved the city from evil villains and hawaldar Karate often cheers at him and vehicles is interceptor police jeep. 15 August is Little Singham's Birthday. He has a lion tatto on his upper arm which glows whenever someone is in trouble and there is a mess.
• Teacher Tara: A teacher in Ajay's school. She teaches chemistry, Mathematics, and reading. She wears a green sadi and glasses.
• Chikki: The monkey pet & assistant of Little Singham. His favorite fruit is banana. He wears a green shirt with a banana's picture on it. His talks are not likely to have any meaning or just like a calling of monkey but everybody specially Little Singham understands what he says. Little Singham tells him to catch the criminal if the criminal is any minor one and Little Singham's favorite song is Chukku chakka Chikki.
• Ajay: A brave boy and he is Little Singham. He wears a school uniform and a white T-shirt. Babli, Professor Aviskar, Commissioner Faulad Singh,Kavya & Hawaldar Karate know he is Little Singham but Lattu does not know Ajay is Little Singham. He cannot study well due to his double role. He is not good at Mathematics. When he needs to become Little Singham,he says that he has to go to toilet because he is having a problem with his stomach. He gets scratch on his chest by rocky cheetah in episode 46. He loves to help everyone. He is very afraid of maths and on exam time he see "Exam ka bhoot".
• Lattu: The self-announced assistant of Little Singham, a food lover, he loves to eat Dhokla and Khakhra. He wears a brown-red T-shirt and yellow shorts and has short black hair. He does not know that Ajay is Little Singham. He is a fan of Little Singham. He is quite good As a student. He is weak in English. He loves his Nani (grandmother).
• Babli: A brainy girl and is the daughter of Professor Avishkar. When she thinks and sees something is funny and often says "Aa ha ha ha ha ha ha....so funny" and "not so funny". She wears rectangular glasses and a yellow and blue frock. She calls Ajay Hero sometimes. She claims that she is Babli the great because she is good at every thing. But she has a secret weakness in Hindi that was revealed in an episode. She is a very close friend of little singham/ajay; moments of which are shown in many episodes.
• Commissioner Faulad Singh: A policeman and wears a turban. His senior scientist is Professor Avishkar & junior scientist is Professor Khatri and Takes Missions of Little Singham.
• Khatarnak Khatri: Junior scientist of Faulad Singh & creates mutants. He is one of the villains of Little Singham.
• Professor Avishkar : The senior scientist of Faulad Singh & creates gadgets for Little Singham, Babli, Chikki & Lattu when problems are higher. His catchphrase is "Newton ki Chutney" and his daughter is Babli.
• Montu: A fat boy, a rival of Ajay (Little Singham), Lattu, and Babli.
• Inspector Kavya: A police inspector of Mirchi Nagar, along with Little Singham. Her best friend is Hawaldar Karate but gets mad when Karate does something bad and always says Karate to be careful. Her catchphrase is "Dungi Ek Ghoomake".
• Hawaldar Karate : He is a fat policeman and best friend of Kavya (Madam). He likes to eat bhelpuri. His catchphrase is "Latthi Maarke". When he says this and plays with his stick that becomes out of control and Kavya becomes angry on him.He calls Little Singham 'Saheb' (Sir).
• Mantri ji (Prime Minister): is the prime minister of Mirchi Nagar and wears glasses, blue shoes, light blue shirt and pajamas. He has grey hair and often tells English words while speaking Hindi. In despair, he often says "Meri Naak Katt Gaygi!"(my nose will be cut) as to know that he would be embarrassed when something happens wrong like a villain would destroy the city and Ajay Singham wouldn't be able to save it.
• King Cobra: is a powerful villain of Mirchi Nagar he attacks Indian Army, His catchphrase is "Cobra Sabko Dhassega" his fastest villain is Sumudi spy whose catchphrase is "sumudi se gayab hojaye sumudi spy" and they fight Little Singham.
• Admiral Rathore: is a captain of Mirchi Nagar he was duty in Indian Navy he wears white shirt, White Caps etc. He saves a mission.
• Major Krishnan: is a army captain of Mirchi Nagar his duty is in Indian Army. He was attacked by King Cobra and Little Singham takes upon his duty. He wears army shirts, red caps.
• Wing Commander Karan Singh: is a wing Commander of Mirchi Nagar. His duty is in Indian Air Force, he wears Blue shirts, blue caps.
• Maha Mummy: is a mummy villain of Egypt he sings a song "ooh la la la la ooh la la" and was a guard of skeleton and he fights Little Singham.
• Chef Chao Chao Khao Khao: is a Chinese chef villain of Mirchi Nagar he makes Chowmein and fights Little Singham.
• Shanta Nani: is a chef of Mirchi Nagar she live in Ahmedabad, Gujarat she makes Khakhra and Dhokla and her grandson is Lattu.
• Lallu Lafanga: is a number one villain of Mirchi Nagar his catchphrase is "Mera Naam Hain Lallu Lafanga Mere se nai Lene ka Panga" he wears Blue Lungi, Dark Yellow Shirts, Navy Blue sunglasses and he fights Little Singham. He wanted to become the greatest villain of the world.
• Junglee Joker' is a joker villain of Mirchi Nagar his catchphrase is "Daaraunga Mein Aur Royege bache", he lives in Timbo Circus and he wears circus cap of colours Blue and red and Green and red shirt. He is a on a circus cycle and he fights Little Singham.
• Lord Boga: is a villain of Mirchi Nagar his catchphrase is "Lord Boga Mirchi Nagar ka Raja Hoga Paisa Paisa Paisa" he steals money and jewellery. He has two guards, Kallu and Ballu and he wear purple pyjamas and brown belt and he also fights Little Singham.
• Shambhala: is a villain of Mirchi Nagar he had a stick with green diamond his catchphrase is "shambhala jambhala ekaya bikaya" he wants to become Asura and he wear purple sherwani and he fights Little Singham.
• Dhaturaja: is a metal eating villain of Mirchi Nagar his catchphrase "Dhatu khaunga sabki band bajaunga Tring Tring" already eating metal and he fights Little Singham.
• Kaal Rakshas: is a powerful villain of Mirchi Nagar made by Shambhala. His catchphrase is "Aagaya Hain Kaal, Prithivi banegi paatal, Tabahi, Tabahi, Tabbahi". He has Senapati Khoonkar who is a bat and he appears in three movies like Little Singham aur Kaal ka Mahajaal, Kaal ki Tabahi and Kaal ka Badla. In those three movies, he fought Little Singham.
• Munna Mucchi: is a villain of Mirchi Nagar His catchphrase "Mera Naam Hain Munna Mucchi Mai Se karunga kucchi kucchi, Mucchi pe lagaya tel ab dekhna Khel" he wear red shirt, White Lungi he steals jewellery and he lives in coconut factory and he fights Little Singham.
• Ulti Palti: is a magician villain of Mirchi Nagar, She makes magic and attacks Mirchi Nagar and fights Little Singham.
• Daaku Dhamaka: is a kidnapping villain of Mirchi Nagar who kidnaps Mantri ji (Prime Minister). He has two guards Kallu and Ballu and he Fights Little Singham.
• Koyal Didi: is a singer of Mirchi Nagar she is a good singer and kuku is the sitar player.
• Buddhi Man: is a brainy villain of Mirchi Nagar. His catchphrase is "Buddhi Man bahat hi best hai". he has a robot donkey named calculator and he fights Little Singham.
• Misti Aunty: is a noisy lady of Mirchi Nagar when helps and say Little Singham! She wear green saree and red blouse.
• Komal: is a daughter of mantri ji (Prime Minister) she is a fan of Little Singham she knows all names like Lattu and Babli.
