Marilyn Loden

Marilyn Loden is an American writer, management consultant and diversity advocate was the first person said to use the phrase "glass ceiling", during a 1978 speech.[1][2][3][4] Loden was a featured enlist on the BBC series 100 Women where she discussed the role of gender discrimination in the workplace. She is an alumna of Syracuse University.
